Bookings Terms and Conditions
ARRIVALS:
Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time is 10.00am, office closes at 5.00pm so if you think you will be arriving after this time, please contact us on the morning of your arrival so we can organise the late arrival procedures.
There is only ONE (1) car space per unit in the undercover security car park.
Although a particular apartment may be requested by a guest, please note that Management can never guarantee the availability of that apartment.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of $100 per apartment is required at the time of booking to secure the booking; you will then be issued a receipt & letter of confirmation. Please check all details are correct & contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
Note: All bookings during Dec/Jan period require 1/3 of balance as a deposit by 1st Sept prior to arrival. If deposit is not received within this time period a cancellation notice will be issued and the apartment re-let.

CANCELLATIONS
(LOW SEASON) 14 days notification, refund of any deposits less $50 admin fee.
14 days or less notification - no refund.
(HIGH & MID SEASON) 28 day notification, refund of any deposits less $50 admin fee.
28 days or less notification - no refund.
Once final payment has been received there will be no refund for cancelling a booking or not utilising the accommodation booked, unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the proposed occupancy.
PAYMENTS
Balance of account paid on arrival and may be paid by Cash, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard. Proof of identification may be required.
